Switching between tabs to write emails, reply to messages, browse content, etc. more than 3 times after the test commencement will result in deactivation of the attempt. You will receive a prompt warning you about tab switches each time you attempt to switch the tab.

In case of deactivation as a result of more than 3 switches in tabs, you have 2 options- 

1. To wait until your next attempt which will get activated only after 3 months from the date of deactivated attempt. 
   
2. To request your Learning team to reactivate your attempt by raising an e-support on Commune HR > Category –HR>> Sub Category- Learning, subject to providing valid reasons for the same (attach screenshots where needed).
