What if I accidentally close my browser window during the assessment?

You will get a window of 20 minutes to log back in and start the assessment from where you left. Failure to re-login within 20 minutes will result in attempt deactivation.

In case of deactivation, you have 2 options-

  1. To wait until your next attempt which will get activated only after 3 months from the date of deactivated attempt.
  2. To request your Learning team to reactivate your attempt by raising an e-support on Commune HR > Category –HR>> Sub Category- Learning, subject to providing valid reasons for the same (attach screenshots where needed). E-support encouraged to ensure a time-bound response. Alternately, you may write to Learning@comviva.com
