What if I get the message "Attempt Deactivated"

This message is displayed in the following situations:

​

·       When you open the test window and do not attempt any questions, and the time for participation in the test has lapsed

·       When you get logged out due to power outage and do not log in within 20 minutes

·       If you violate any of the proctoring rules

 In case of deactivation, you have 2 options- 

  1. To wait until your next attempt which will get activated only after 3 months from the date of deactivated attempt. 
  2. To request your Learning team to reactivate your attempt by raising an e-support on Commune HR > Category –HR>> Sub Category- Learning, subject to providing valid reasons for the same (attach screenshots where needed). E-support encouraged to ensure a time-bound response. Alternately, you may write to Learning@comviva.com
