What if I get the message "Attempt Expired"

You can choose to take all assessments mapped to a competency in one go or within a period of 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in this attempt for given competency getting deactivated, in which case you have 2 options- 

To wait until your next attempt which will get activated only after 3 months from the date of deactivated attempt.
​To request your Learning team to reactivate your attempt by raising an e-support on Commune HR > Category –HR>> Sub Category- Learning, subject to providing valid reasons for the same (attach screenshots where needed).
